We always want to make sure you walk away a satisfied customer. That is why we're offering our Iron Forge Guarantee to our loyal customers. Iron Forge will extend our traditional 30 day warranty to a lifetime warranty to all customers that register their product with us. 

We will be more than happy to replace any extension cord or tool for you that breaks while covered under this warranty.

We do want to make sure that the right products are being covered and not a counterfeit or used product. To make our warranty clear, here are a few points:

• We do not cover unauthorized resellers, so we hope you can support our business and buy directly from us! The warranty covers all purchases sold and shipped by one of our stores.
• Used or open-box merchandise is not covered by our warranty.
• If you bought it used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty on it and you can call them up directly so they can take care of you.
• To prevent potential abuse, we are limiting the replacements to one time.
